This is how me,sivan and Sean Became friends

When  Sean came  to Meadowbank school at the beginning of 2015 we saw each other but we really never bonded. I played with my friends I already had and Sean made new friends.Then one day my friends went some where and I was left all alone sitting on the bench with no one to play with. As I was looking around  for someone to play with, I saw Sean sitting by himself looking a bit upset. I decided to walk over to Sean and said " would you like to play with me?" with a smile on my face. Sean replied " yah sure I would love to." so we played the whole lunchtime together. It was pretty fun. He was making funny jokes and we found out we had a lot in common. We quite liked playing with each other. So now whenever we are lonely we always know we will have each other.

Hip hop

                   GETTING THERE

It was the first day of Hip hop and everyone was sitting down. My mum embarrassed me by saying "This is Sivan." I saw Izzy and everyone stared around Alex, Zoe, Izzy, Joshua and Brooke were there. We did a warm up/game and it was awesome. 

                     DANCE

I learned a new dance, it is called freestyle. It's when you follow the teacher and learn three dances and then you do your own dance. It was a bit tricky; it was very fast, everyone had an amazing dance .

                     GOING HOME

It was time to go home, but before that everyone got in a circle and we had to clap. You go in the middle of the circle and do some awesome dance moves.

The day they died they saved our lives and that's good but sad

Term 1 reflection

This is my reflection of team 1 

1. What did you enjoy most in the term? Why?

1. I  think it would be EOTC week because we went swimming and we climbed Rangitoto.

2. What did you enjoy doing most in the classroom? Why?

2. Who did it is where you crack a code and find the thief. It was not real life.

3. What have you found hard in your learning this term? Explain.

3.Maths was hard, it was confusing like when we did select and measure. You select  an element  and measure it.

4. What are you most pleased with in your learning? Why?

4. I am pleased about maths because I am pushing my self  higher.

5. Tell us one thing you would like to learn about in Term 2.
5. I would like to learn scince because we can do awesome experiments. 

EOTC week - at the pools

At 8:40 room 32 went to the retirement home to give them a big treat. After that we came back and  had morning tea then we got in to are groups. Next we got on to the bus I brought my book on the bus. Alexia and I played with the book.

 Finally we arrived at the park next to the pools. After we got there we had lunch. There was so many kids and very noisy. 

We got to the pools, It was cold. But we had 3 lessons and room 31 had freetime. Then we got in to the pool it was called water safety. Tony was really good at swimming, he did a great job. 

Yay, room 32 had freetime. Most of the boys were sunbathing. It was funny. miss cooper put her feet in the pool then Jax said he was the king and miss cooper was his slave. 

Sadly it was time to go. It was awesome especially when we worked together.

My key competency goals

My key competency goal is to manage myself. 

I need to learn to be quiet when I need to be. 

I will get to work when I have to. 

My writing goals

My writing goals are basic punctuation. 

 

I need to use Capital Letters

I need to use Full stops. 

I hope to achieve my goals by the end of the year.
